Our Story

For over 10 years, Adiel Nahmias has been synonymous with Middle Eastern fine dining. Adiel, chef/owner takes the cuisine and culture of his homeland to the next level with a breathtaking restaurant/food truck and delicious cuisine.

Almost seven years ago, Ella and Adiel Nahmias opened a glatt kosher food truck called The Holy Grill, serving Israeli food in the Garment District downtown. The business became so popular that the husband-and-wife team has now opened a restaurant of the same name in Pico-Robertson
